At The Velvet Carrot, we take pride in serving high-quality coffee, food, and service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let a member of our team know during your visit so we can make things right.

 

1. In-Store Purchases

All food and drinks purchased and consumed in-store are non-refundable once served. However, if there is a problem with your order — such as an error, quality issue, or incorrect item — we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

2. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be used at any time within their valid period.

 

3. How to Raise an Issue
